Today and Mondays runs

Monday we had a BUNCH of us turn out. I think it was 10. Great turnout! We ran 5k on Monday, a few ran different distances. There are enough of us on Mondays often that we can split up into different speed groups with no problems. Missed Amanda though.. hope everything is going ok!

Today (Friday) there was four of us, and we ran a cool 4k in the slightly chilly weather. At least it didn't rain on us.

Note: Dyan sez, eating before you run = bad. :p She didn't feel that well. But we did our 4k at a reasonable speed.
