Physiotherapy Run

Well, Dyan, Ron, Linda, Marsha, and I did the Physiotherapy run this morning! We all did well, coming in between 30 and 33 minutes roughly, and all finished "upright and smiling" as Janet taught us.



From left to right, Dyan, Sean, Linda, and Marsha. Ron had to go, so we didn't get a picture of him. It was cold and rainy at the start, but by the 1k mark we were all plenty warm and feeling good. After the turn there was a strong head-wind which was a bit rough, but we were all happy with the result.
