Friday run time changed to 6:30 PM

After talking it over with the group tonight, we decided to make the Friday night runs start at 6:30 PM as well. 6:00 PM was just a little bit too early for a couple of our members, and all present agreed that 6:30 PM would work fine. That makes it easy, both the Monday and Friday Rebel Runners group runs will be at 6:30 PM. I've updated the calendar to reflect this change.
